Service includes: 4 week workout plan and three (3) in person consultations to:
- to assess what you have available in your home, gym, or chosen workout area to use for workouts
- to walk you through your personalized workout plan, answering any questions you may have regarding exercises and alternatives
- post plan completion check in to assess your next step.
Additional 4 week plan after the first plan concludes. Includes Facetime/Text Support throughout process and Facebook Accountability group with bonus workouts.
